We just moved to Ohio and this was my first time at the clinic. I was there to be tested for a coronavirus. From the minute I walked in the door until the minute I left I felt so well taken care of.The staff is amazing and took their time not only to examine me, but to talk with me so that I felt more secure.I would definitely recommend!!!

The Urgent care visit went well. The Staff were fabulous!

Not bad. Didn't know what to expect though, really, since it's been a while since I've been to urgent care. Would recommend. Getting in was quick, and check in was easy, but I had to wait a bit after because there were a lot of people and I was low priority.

Came in with my father to get a Covid test for him and I. They were very friendly and even suggested getting an X-ray for possible pneumonia for my father. Which is good since I was trying to get him to the doctors for that

The woman at the front desk made my whole visit much more comfortable than most urgent care visits. She helped me with paperwork, vas very friendly and polite, and didn’t make me feel like I was an inconvenience.

I was so scared this morning upon finding a tick on my thigh! The staff at Devon Place UH care center was excellent! They were competent, reassuring, and so caring! Thank you to the team at UHUrgent Care! You helped me so much!Yes! I do would recommend this facility!

I walked into UH urgent care. Was treated immediately. Clean facility and very friendly staff.

I came in to have my sutures removed. I had them placed nine days ago at the Urgent Care. I got right in. The same wonderful PA (Kelley) who took care of me after my injury removed my sutures. I couldn’t be more pleased with the care I received there.

I went to Broadview Heights Urgent Care- great experience. No wait time, staff professional and compassionate, gave good education.

I was very scared to get my blood drawn and took a long time to mentally prepare. All of the staff were very reassuring and they extracted the blood quickly.

Everything was great but the receptionists at the front of urgent care. They were slightly rude and didn’t make the initial experience good. But the nurses and everyone in the back was great.

After the minute clinic would not assist me with out a covid test since he had a fought I went to the UH urgent care. Everyone was great and knowledgeable. I was in and out within an hour. The nurse was amazing with my children. Thank you UH

I went to urgent care @ Brecksville location. The staff was friendly and quickly helped me get an X-ray and treatment.

The Kent Urgent Care is amazing! The staff are so nice and courteous, it’s kept clean and cheerful. My family nor I will never go to Streetsboro again, they’re not friendly at all! Kudos to Kent!!
