We just moved to Ohio and this was my first time at the clinic. I was there to be tested for a coronavirus. From the minute I walked in the door until the minute I left I felt so well taken care of.The staff is amazing and took their time not only to examine me, but to talk with me so that I felt more secure.I would definitely recommend!!!

The lady who did was covid test was super nice! She made me feel comfortable during my covid test. The doctor was able to come see me fast. Thankful I was able to get a test fast and easy

The Urgent care visit went well. The Staff were fabulous!

Fantastic care at Urgent Care Westlake. Misdiagnosed with a virtual visit. Virtual visits without an exam are useless. Wait time was acceptable for not having an appointment- about 20 minutes.

Had a great experience at this UH urgent care! Staff and physician were all wonderful! They did a great job keeping us all safe from any I’ll patients! I would tell family, friends to go here for all your medical needs!

Dr. Schulte was very professional, thorough, and friendly. I wouldn’t hesitate to come back to this Urgent Care. My only disappointment was the 30-40 minute wait in the examination room.

I cannot thank Dr. Bader enough for. caring and sending me to urgent care; I would not have done it, on my own. The nurse and Dr. were most kind!!! The Dr's. name is Brook ( did not get her last name, sorry!! She was my blessing for today!!! The time we waited for an Urgent Care visit was beyond fair, maybe a total of 10 minutes. Staff was friendly, PA was great at explaining all possibilities and treatment. I also appreciate that the PA discussed my daughter's symptoms with another provider and then presented us with yet another possible diagnosis. I would go to this Urgent Care again.

Amazing staff at concord urgent care! Front desk nurse was super friendly and put me in a room asap due to an eye injury. All nurses and doctor (Higgins) were so nice and professional! Don’t see that anymore unfortunately. Made my painful experience so much better!! Thank you!

Not bad. Didn't know what to expect though, really, since it's been a while since I've been to urgent care. Would recommend. Getting in was quick, and check in was easy, but I had to wait a bit after because there were a lot of people and I was low priority.

My first time at this UH urgent care. Staff very friendly and efficient. Wait time was near zero. Dr. Bowers was great and spent the right amount of time with diagnosis and treatment. Answered all my questions clearly and provided follow up advice.

The staff is always friendly. I know I will get better care at UH Urgent care vs CVS. The cost might be a bit more but not enough to change my preference. It’s easy to be seen and doesn’t require an appointment like the CLE Clinic Urgent care.

Came in with my father to get a Covid test for him and I. They were very friendly and even suggested getting an X-ray for possible pneumonia for my father. Which is good since I was trying to get him to the doctors for that

I received excellent care at UH Urgent Care. I couldn't get an appt with my primary doctor so I chose UH. I definitely would come back to this facility.

The woman at the front desk made my whole visit much more comfortable than most urgent care visits. She helped me with paperwork, vas very friendly and polite, and didn’t make me feel like I was an inconvenience.

I was so afraid to go to a Urgent Care due to the stories you hear … wait time, thoroughness, efficiencies, friendliness … but this visit surpassed all my fears. Everyone was pleasant, informative, efficient and helpful!!! Thank you UH Urgent Care for taking such good care of me this afternoon! YOUR DOING A GREAT JOB!
