Your website needs to be programmed by a competent web designer. It has many problems. For instance, I had to submit my background info 3 times to advance at 3 different places. One place puts you in an infinite loop with acquiring your phone number. Customers may be working on the computers but you text them the links to connect to the service. Should you email the links if they are on a computer? It is very frustrating on the customer's side and I am a computer technician. You actual service is pretty good. The NP I spoke with on the cell phone chat (computer microphone won't work only in your program) was very nice. The lady that actually gave me the Covid test in the parking lot was nice. The lady that called to tell me the results was nice. In short, fire your web designer and hire one that is good.

Child woke up in the middle of the nite throwing up. No fever, no sore throat. Just throwing up often.  Then feeling bad all day.  Website was a little difficult causing me to duplicate because I could not figure out where I was in the process.
