For a first time visit, I was very impressed. From the phone call the day prior, making the appointment was swift. Excellent attendance in the front. Very polite staff from the waiting area to the exam room… Excellent bed side manners of the Pediatrician, and medical assistant. My daughter felt at ease.. I’m certain we will be back if the need arises.

This was our first time coming to PM Pediatrics. I wish I would have know about it sooner. The physician was very knowledgeable. She is a pediatric ER physician. After her thorough exam, she gave us the time we needed to talk and ask questions. I felt very comfortable with her recommendations.

I was referred by my son’s teacher to go to this peds urgent care when he was sick and wasn’t able to see his own peds doc on the same day. The urgent care took my son in as a walk in. The urgent care peds doc really listened and cared for my son. We didn’t wait very long either! If I could give it 10 stars, I would! Highly recommend this place for the little ones with same day urgency!

When I entered the place, everyone was very friendly from A-Z. The doctor was very attentive and courteous. I highly recommend this place.

The facility, nurse, doctor, staff exceeded our expectations. From the moment we stepped inside the door, we were greeted with one of the friendliest nurse ever. Our child had such a great experience that she wished they were our regular pediatrician's office.

The staff and the doctor were amazingly on top of things and were friendly. Very efficient and smoothly run. Called Monday morning and got a pre-op appointment for one hour later, an involved process with cardiogram and bloodwork, which took no longer than 40 including sign-in. Very personable staff, but that's a two-way street; I'm personable. So the appointment was actually fun (partly because I was not feeling ill or dicy).

It went amazingly well as Taruni made it easy for us.

This is my favorite place to get urgent care for my kids! Always nice and courteous staff members, clinics have always been cleaned and they provide masks for everyone, even kids sized!

Nurses and docs helpful and friendly.

This is the best place to bring a sick child. They’re fast, kind, competent, and the place is very clean. I highly recommend PM pediatrics!!

Pricilla was AMAZING! Normally I’m nervous to get check up and things like that but she made it so Easy and comfortable for me!

The doctor and all staff were incredible! They had a wonderful bedside manner, making my son feel comfortable, happy and relaxed. He was laughing and giving fist bumps at the end of the visit! Thank you.

So impressed with the office staff and the doctor. What wonderful bedside manner. We will be returning for sure.

In the History of going to Urgent Cares, Hospitals Etcetera for Medical Needs, from Pennsylvania, Maryland to Florida my entire life, FirstCall Medical Center in Ellicott City Maryland is Truly, Number 1. Great Quick Service. Great Professional Staff from the time I Entered the Building to the time I left. Shania at the front desk, Marisa Medical Assistant and PA-C Beth Steinberg did an EXCELLENT Job helping Me. I was very sick and they even took a COVID test which results came back Negative on me. Thank God. In and out quickly. I would Highly Recommend FirstCall Medical Center to EVERYONE for your Medical Needs.
