I've been to this urgent care twice in the past few years. The customer service and bedside manner is exactly the same both times and how it should be for all healthcare settings. Vybe Urgent Care really seems to care about the people in our community and are making a difference in their patients' lives. I have always had a very positive experience in my many visits there.The staff was friendly and effecient.The medical team was caring and had much empathy and knowledge.I was given a bottle of water and offered another.I wish I could rate it more than 5 stars.

I love going to this location. Its on 63rd and Market. I like how caring and professional the staff are. The Nurse Tanisha is the best… very considerate of time and my needs. Very welcoming and makes me feel comfortable as a patient to see how much the staff have great work ethic. I never have a long wait. Been there a countless times over the past few years and it’s always clean in there.
