I've had to visit 411 Urgent Care several times and have always encountered friendly staff and great care. There's nothing fancy here, it's a pretty basic place, but you can't beat it for good results.

I had an excellent experience at Buenaventura’s Vista Urgent Care. I walked in and the waiting room was busy. The reception staff had a very efficient and through process. The nurses (Thamy and Cora) were also personable, caring ,efficient...again my nurses were excellent. The nurses also made me feel comfortable right away. Finally Dr. E. Segura made sure I was very well cared for. He went the extra mile. His diagnosis and his treatments were very through and he never made me feel rushed,again excellent. Thanks you guys. That is the best urgent care experience I have ever had away from home. Keep up the excellent work and I whisk you all and yours a very Merry, Blessed Holliday season. I tell everyone about you all.
