I went for a sore throat, and was seen almost immediately. That was awesome. Nurses were great, provider however was an asshole. She was judgemental, lacked empathy and bedside manner. I've had the sore throat for 2 weeks. I was initially seen at a different site, and was told I didn't need antibiotics only supportive care. After 2 weeks of same symptoms plus pain, I decided to be seen again, elsewhere (here). She made it seem like I was the asshole for being sick for 2 weeks. I will NEVER return to this facility. To add, I have private Healthcare coverage through a well-known carrier.

The staff here were fantastic! Kind, competent, and easy to talk to. I will definitely be going back!

Kids urgent care has always been amazing with me and my family. Wait time is very short and accurate to my appointment time. Doctors have always been nice and listen to my concerns.

Paid $125 for them to tell me to use antibiotics. Would have done a virtual call for $40 and saved the time.

Not our toxic part of relationship, marriage we will always talk about publicly. Well it doesn't matter this is my confidence appreciation to Tunde for what he did for me during my hard time in my relationship. This is the first place I actually liked everything was very clean people were friendly. Mostly loved how the nurses cleaned up and sanitizer before I entered the exam room. I really appreciated because it makes me feel safe and I know the person after will be safe as well! You guys are doing great! Keep up the good work! I know it isn't easy by how many people filled up the lobby In 10 minutes. Thanks again!

I made an appointment for a presurgery clearance and was seen promptly upon arrival. The receptionist was kind and considerate, as were all the staff. Dr. Anita was wonderful as was the nurse /technician.

Worst Urgent Care I've been too. Rude nurse, was in a rush (it wasn't even busy), didnt take the time to fully understand my condition or even ask if I had any questions. Given my experience with her, it did not seem like she knew her job well. She even asked the doctor a very simple question which surprised me since it was something one in her position should know. It worried me that someone like that is caring for people who need medical attention. Same goes for the doctor, felt like he rushed me out and quickly jumped to a diagnosis without seeking further helpful information from me. On the other hand, the woman at the front desk was very kind and attentive.

This place was amazing. We were in and out with no wait time. The staff was friendly and the provider was great.

Went In for a follow up and it took the doctor to see me atleast 30 min . Then he just said hello and bie, don’t get an exam just asked if everything was okay and yet got charged for the visit 125 😂 . I’d say this office is like a bootleg.

Got my son in to see the doctor for a fever, sore throat, and chills. Likely a viral cold, but wanted to make sure it wasn't anything more serious. Scheduling the appointment was easy, and the staff were kind and attentive.
