I have been to this location before. If you have an appointment or get there when they open there is hardly any wait time. Staff is friendly. Although web-site not working to make an appointment. Please correct this. Cost is norm and working insurance rate.

Love this Urgent Care! It’s quick and addressed my immediate medical need. So professional and the staff was awesome from the front desk to the time I saw the provider!

The staff at Ochsner Urgent care on Veterans in Metairie is very helpful and friendly. I was greeted upon arriving and quickly called into the exam room. The receptionist at the front desk was very courteous friendly and attentive to my needs and my concerns she answered all my questions . Sport if I was overbearing but I was in pain I do appreciate you being so nice . Thanks Lisa
