Of course with any Urgent Care, you should expect to wait your turn. I may have waited 30 minutes, was called back and given immediate attention. The Dr. (can't remember her name) was very attentive. Didn't seem like she was in a hurry to move on. She listened and answered all my questions. W.C.

I been here a few times. Staff is nice. The Doctors at this location do listen to your problems and try to help you and any way possible Dr. Roy Small and all the other docs I seen seem to care about the patients they see. Keep up good work.

I've been going to this Urgent care for 2 to 3 years and have had no issues, except my prescription got sent to the wrong pharmacy.

This is my favorite place to get quick medical attention for myself and four children. The check in online is fast and easy to use. They give a time and I have never waited for a room upon arrival. The facility is clean and the staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Any tests or cultures we have had to have done have came back in a fast timely manner. In and out which is what a busy mom needs!

The staff and doctors are amazing. Dr. Fred Keys took the time to discuss all my symptoms and point me in the right direction. After being sick so long...I greatly appreciate a doctor that thinks outside of the box and truly cares about his patients. Thank you for directing me towards finding the true root cause. The staff is professional but very friendly and put you at ease. I did not have to wait more than a few minutes before I was seen for treatment. The doctor was very kind and knowledgeable, and explained in detail what medication would be administered and the course of treatment that was required to resolve my medical issue.
