Dr. Crawford diagnosed her w a collapsed eustachian tube and prescribed steroids. She advised her not to fly home until it felt better and hearing returned. Upon arriving back in MI, my Mom visited her ENT and he praised the urgent care doc for correctly diagnosing and properly prescribing meds. He said most docs misdiagnose or get amounts of steroids incorrect. So, not only was Dr. Crawford knowledgeable, she was very nice and answered all of our questions.

My family and I have been going to White River Family Care for probably 20 years now. Dr. Welsh is an old-fashioned family care physician who provides excellent care, and includes the patient in decisions about their own care. His staff are always courteous, helpful, and discreet. We wish there were more physicians like Dr. Welsh, who are willing to put up with all the crap heaped on medical practitioners by misunderstanding, ungrateful patients and the government. This clinic is a rare gem.
