Having bad back pains they got me in and out and sent me to another place for X-ray it would have been great if it was all in the same place but staff was nice didn't get a print out of visit and the bathroom was a little messy but overall they were good have follow up on Monday

I had a tough time using my cell phone because of my age. The person at the front desk was terrific helped me quite a bit. Had a couple staples removed on my head. Both people in the back were fantastic.

I am from out of town and was up all night with an earache.  The staff was so helpful and worked we me to find a local pharmacy.  Provider was great.  Knowledgeable and pleasant demeanor.

There was no wait, but I had to use an app to check in, which took about 10 minutes.  So, why are there employees at the front desk, if I’m doing their job for them?  I could see the benefit of this if there were 5 people waiting to check in… but they couldn’t do my intake when I was literally the only person in the waiting room? I was pulled into the room pretty quickly, but then waiting in the exam room for about 1/2 hour.  The doctor was friendly and listened to my list of symptoms and then examined me.   Besides the check in process and wait to be seen by the doctor , everything was positive.

I highly recommend for anyone thinking of getting tested. From start to finish the whole process was hassle free and and very professional. I had my results very quickly and discreetly couldn't be happier with the service.

I was able to choose a Quest lab location and schedule an appointment. Check in was easy, and I only needed to provide my name and DOB. They were able to locate my order in their system. They were already aware that my labs were paid for prior to the appointment. I had my labs done on a Wednesday, and I received my results by Saturday. Great experience.

Great discreet service, scheduled my visit and paid for for the test online not in Showed up at lab, checked in and was seen within minutes. Blood and urine were collected, test results came back quickly within 2 days because I did my test on a Friday. Quick, easy and cheap. Didn't have to wait for a visit to my PCP, and then get referral to lab.
