Had a scheduled appointment for a blood draw. Excellent quality of care. The lady who took my blood was extremely gentle and the doctor was a sweetheart. Also the folks at the front desk were very kind and considerate. Would come back here for sure.

I was not happy after paying $200 They wanted me to do a covid test and a flu test that was not included in those $200. I didn’t have it anymore money on so I asked if I could make payment plans and there was no one available to help me with that part. I talk to the Dr on the tablet she  couldn’t hear me cause I had lost my voice so she ask the PCA to talk to her on the . I thought it was wrong because I’m the one she needs to talk to not to mention I still don’t know what’s wrong with me. Then I was told the visit was over. I find this to be very unprofessional.

I was able to speak with a doctor soon after and was taking care of. I was very satisfied with the experience I had here. A great experience for something I had a lot of anxiety about. Had no wait time or issues at the testing center/lab. Had blood drawn at 3pm and had results by email at 9am the next morning.
