The staff was super caring and Dr. Monk listened and gave me a through evaluation. He took time to get to the root of the problem. I'm so glad I went there. The wait time was brief also. Definitely recommend.

What would I do without urgent care. Primary doctor can’t get you in? No worries, make yourself an appointment here. Super helpful. Answer all questions. All so nice starting with the check in process. I’ve never spent more than 45 min here and always leave with answers.

I have been to this facility a few times when I have had to take my child in times when her Pediatrician was away. They have taken care of her and even given me a referral so that I may take her to a specialist to further evaluate her. It's not very far from my home at all. I'm glad they are also available after my child gets out of school, since her pediatrican's last appt. is at 3:30, I have time to go to Metro-UrgiCare and feel reassured.
