Woke up this morning, deciding to finally go to urgent care. I was sick now for a week  and feeling worse each day. I’ve been to Next Care before a was treated very well then and this time also the young lady at the front desk was very helpful and kind with checking in. The rest of the staff was also. I will continue to use Next Care for my emergencies. Thank you very much

The doctor was nice. The front desk lady was very efficient. The nurse wasn’t very sociable but professional and hoped that I feel better. Only issue is that I wished the appointment time was different than the actual time I was called back. It was probably a 25-30 delay.

Most of the staff was at lunch when I was there so the lady who handles the front office also did my test. She was fabulous from the start by keeping me informed about the timeline and conducting the test. The Dr/PA was ok.

Dr.Lee was very kind and helpful with his advice on my ring finger and pinky finger that got hurt I felt alot better after my visit to the clinic and believe my fingers will be just fine. Thank you.

My son was exposed to someone who tested positive for COVID-19. I was able to book our appointment online, complete all the necessary paperwork digitally and when we arrived we waited for less than 2 minutes before we were called back. I thought it was extremely easy to book a lab test appointment with Quest. Getting the test done was simple and so was the getting the results! Great job putting together something so user friendly.
