We waited an hour for our appointment all because the front desk person was not there. I totally understand that billing needs to be accounted for before a patient is seen, however, they always send a payment link via text anyway so I’m not sure why a person sitting 3 feet away needed to send me that text. Ultimately, that is how they resolved the problem — a receptionist from another clinic called me to collect payment. I appreciate that you can’t plan for everything and they needed to adapt, but wish the adaptation had happened sooner. This can’t have been the first time that someone called in sick to work unexpectedly.

It was excellent.  Received excellent care. Scheduling online is easy as is checkin. The staff and caring recd were awesome.

The PA was very good. Cordial and knowledgeable. Called in prescription quickly.

Showed up at 10:15 for a 10:30 appointment about two broken ribs, didn’t get called back until 10:40 and didn’t see the NP until 11.

The scheduling was easy. The diagnosis by Dr. Uzonna felt rushed and we felt like she ignored/missed the signs of an infection that only got worse overnight. We had to come back the next morning and see a different doctor who diagnosed the infection and prescribed antibiotics.

Good experience, would use again and recommend to others.
