I don’t think it really matters to book an appointment. I booked for 10:45a and wasn’t seen until 12:30p Perhaps this was one of those unusual things like too short of staff. I was charged $50 twice because the first card I used they told me there was a glitch in their system so I used another card only to find out that the first card went through. I am still waiting on reimbursement from January 5. I spoke with Kiara and sent her the documentation showing that they received both payments. I have yet to hear from her as of January  21. This is unacceptable and poor customer service!

Woke up with pain in my left side from night before. The wait time was good, the staff was very kind& courteous. The physician was attentive to my needs & concerns about my condition and he expressed concern for my health & well-being.

I went in to get a TB skin test on Saturday. They are open 7 days a week, super convenient. All staff were courteous and helpful. I would recommend this provider.

Everyone was fantastic. The check-in was easy, the nurses were personable, and caring. The doctor took his time.
