Good treatment. Very competent.

I woke up this morning,and I wasn’t feeling well. My injuries from slip and fall at a hospital. I called 911 and the came in noticed my injuries and took blood pressure which was higher than normal and checked my BSL which was 109. He called a number and I was transported to GW urgent care. I was treated well actually better than ET. The nurses and doctors were amazing. Thank you for your customer service skills and team work.

I’ve been here 3 times this year for different issues. The doctor is thorough and explains everything well. She is a very caring person. I could go to a place that’s close to my house but I like Prima a lot more —I’ve seen the same doctor each time, they give you personal attention, and I’ve never had to wait more than about 10 minutes.

This was my first time using this facility. I found them on the Md.Gov Covid website. Everyone was very nice and professional and I would use them again for COVID testing.
