We waited an hour for our appointment all because the front desk person was not there. I totally understand that billing needs to be accounted for before a patient is seen, however, they always send a payment link via text anyway so I’m not sure why a person sitting 3 feet away needed to send me that text. Ultimately, that is how they resolved the problem — a receptionist from another clinic called me to collect payment. I appreciate that you can’t plan for everything and they needed to adapt, but wish the adaptation had happened sooner. This can’t have been the first time that someone called in sick to work unexpectedly.

The PA was very good. Cordial and knowledgeable. Called in prescription quickly.

Showed up at 10:15 for a 10:30 appointment about two broken ribs, didn’t get called back until 10:40 and didn’t see the NP until 11.

All of the staff was amazing and very kind professional and knowledgeable in assisting my urgent care needs

Went in to get seen for uti.Appointment time was in about 1 hour from phone call.Everyone was polite and considerate. DR Beene was kind and very knowledgeable. I would not hesitate to go back or recommend to others.

Great discreet service, scheduled my visit and paid for for the test online not in Showed up at lab, checked in and was seen within minutes. Blood and urine were collected, test results came back quickly within 2 days because I did my test on a Friday. Quick, easy and cheap. Didn't have to wait for a visit to my PCP, and then get referral to lab.
