I came in for a cat bite. I don't usually have male doctors, but this doctor was so nice. I believe he noticed I was anxious. He gave me space while he explained everything, didn't sit close like the other doctors. He also apologized for having to mess my arm since it hurt.

Waited four hours  to be seen along wait. That ok . I was sick and needed relief . Everyone was so nice it was worth the wait  I’ll be back not soon

It wouldn't have been so bad had it not been for the lack of not really taking time to actually care about patient. Writing down whatever as a diagnosis, just to get you out of office as quick as possible. Told me I had skin shinners under my eyes. Just to go home realize nothing but mascara smeared. If you want an accurate diagnosis make sure your face is clean. so he can't assume by out side appearance instead of looking down your throat a bit better than 2 seconds.

I was able to choose a Quest lab location and schedule an appointment. Check in was easy, and I only needed to provide my name and DOB. They were able to locate my order in their system. They were already aware that my labs were paid for prior to the appointment. I had my labs done on a Wednesday, and I received my results by Saturday. Great experience.

A great experience for something I had a lot of anxiety about. Had no wait time or issues at the testing center/lab. Had blood drawn at 3pm and had results by email at 9am the next morning.

Didn't have to wait for a visit to my PCP, and then get referral to lab.
