Wait time was long - I was there for an hour when there were only 2 people ahead of me and I had booked an appt. My prescriptions also got filled at the wrong pharmacy. Other than those two things- all of the staff were very friendly! The facility is kept very clean. And scheduling online is very easy.

I was treated quickly after arrival initially being greeted to sign in as a new patient thru my mobile phone which was the only impersonal part of the visit. I was in and out in about half hour. The initial tech took vitals and was thorough and patient, getting basic info about my injury and why I came in - which was for bruised and swollen leg after a fall while riding my bike. The same tech took X-rays of my knee after he briefly consulted with the nurse practitioner after which the nurse examined my leg and consulted with me. She also was very thorough and patient with my questions. She let me know I didn't have a break of fracture and recommended home care for the swelling and bruising. Then sent me on my way letting me know I'd get follow-up call to confirm results if X-rays and whether I would need additional testing. The follow-up call came about an hour later confirming no additional treatment or testing was needed beyond my own home care. Overall a pleasant experience despite my injury. I definitely would recommend this facility.

A great experience for something I had a lot of anxiety about. Had no wait time or issues at the testing center/lab. Had blood drawn at 3pm and had results by email at 9am the next morning.

Blood and urine were collected, test results came back quickly within 2 days because I did my test on a Friday. Quick, easy and cheap. Didn't have to wait for a visit to my PCP, and then get referral to lab.

I was able to choose a Labcorp location and schedule an appointment. Check in was easy, and I only needed to provide my name and DOB. They were able to locate my order in their system. They were already aware that my labs were paid for prior to the appointment. I had my labs done on a Wednesday, and I received my results by Saturday. Great experience.
