Really thought getting a urine drug test would be a quick in and out.  We send our employees here not realizing the wait time - 2 of my employees said they waited 3 hours to get their drug screening done.  Staff very much made you feel as though you were interrupting their day vs feeling welcome.  One computer was down making them frustrated and the wait time longer.

The furniture is torn old and disgusting. That’s same furniture from first day it was opened. How much money would it take to replace 10 hard chairs and a few tables!!!

I accidentally sliced off the side of finger and they helped staunch the bleeding and reassured me that no further care was needed. Much better then going to the emergency room. Great and friendly care.

I needed to be seen late in the evening and was able to get an appointment almost immediately. There was little wait time, staff was verry pleasant and efficient and I saw the doctor right away. It was an excellent experience and I would use this urgent care again-highly recommended!

This was our first time coming to PM Pediatrics. I wish I would have know about it sooner. The physician was very knowledgeable. She is a pediatric ER physician. After her thorough exam, she gave us the time we needed to talk and ask questions. I felt very comfortable with her recommendations.

Dr. “ Jersey Girl” Pagano was OUTSTANDING 😎. Suggestion - check your computer appointment confirmation notice. Had a 1:30 PM appointment via your computer system and arrived early to find that the office was closed for lunch and will reopen at 2:00 PM. You have a pen pail marked “ DIRTY”. Would it be better to use the word “USED”? Linda Yaeger

My first time at PM Pediatrics. Even though t walkin wait was about 1 and half hours, the staff was very accommodating and notify me when my turn is near. Nurse ( Michelle, I think) was super nice to my 8 year old to make him feel as comfortable as possible. Dr on duty was very nice and efficient too. Definitely will recommend.

I was pleased that I could get an appointment the same day. Staff were friendly and compassionate Given medication to help with my pain at my visit. I would have like to have more explanation of my medication and my diagnosis. I had a hard time finding the place. Had to ask couple of people where it was located. Booked online . I haven’t seen my bill yet, so don’t know the cost. Checkin was very easy. Only 1 sheet of paper, to fill out. Did not ask about present medication, allergies or history, which I was surprised about. Love this facility but went recently and they basically the exit instructions weren't clear went in for knee pain, they did an X-ray only for the AP to come in and say not only did she not give me anything for pain I explain I had been taking Motrin and Meloxicam not once did she give me any instructions about the meds but keep taking them, but I should've been informed not to take those together
