I took my son in for Urgent Care. Even before I got to the clinic, Amber and the rest of the staff were very accommodating and caring, being effective and efficient. Thank you!

The doc and other staff were really nice but a couple things. First, once we got all the way home from appt, the doc called and asked if we could drive back because he forgot to check lungs and heart. We don’t live super far so we did, but it was pretty inconvenient and also felt really odd he just forgot these basic things. Second, he was diagnosed with a concussion but the note we were given for school was really weird and didn’t even mention concussion - just mentioned the accommodations he would need for a concussion… the school nurse was going to call for more clarification because it was written so odd - but this caused more work for everyone so not sure why it wasn’t written clearer from beginning. Other than those things it was a good experience and the doc was caring and friendly.

I had to schedule an appointment and they were able to get me in first thing the next morning. Everyone was so extremely friendly, from being checked in to the very end getting my discharge papers. I never felt uncomfortable or uneasy asking for what i needed. 100% would recommend and if ever needed will return.

Had an inflamed left foot and was looked at by the doctor in a very reasonable amount of time.

Had a sudden allergic reaction and they took great care of me. Immediately realized that I was not doing well and went right into action. Appreciate their attentiveness, awareness and kindness in their treatment.

Mary Bridge Children's Urgent Care is my favorite urgent care to go to. Convenient online scheduling, easy check-in process, fast wait times, concerns are addressed appropriately, friendly staff, and you're out in about an hour from start to finish. The only area that could be improved is if you have questions after your appointment, it's hard to get a hold of anyone, and then you don't get a call back. I had an issue that needed to be addressed quickly. I was very happy to get an appt right away when they opened. Staff was professional and very nice. Clean, quiet environment.

I have been feeling ill for a while. My Dr office couldn't get me for a week. Made an appointment online. Waited for only about 5 min. Everyone at office was great. Got tests done and a breathing treatment done and it was less that an hour from start to finish. My nurse practitioner was knowledgeable and caring. I had an excellent experience

I went in yesterday for a swollen leg. The lady with the red hair, who checked me in, was amazing! She was so kind and understanding. Then the two MA's who (one was a trainee) took my vitals, and went over my meds, were very kind as well. The PA who saw me was outstanding!!! He really listened to me! Explained my condition in a way that I could understand. Even told me important ways I could help improve my health. With his referral, I know I will help with my condition. Overall really felt cared for !! This clinic is the best!!🙏❤️

The scheduling was easy. The lady in front desk was nice and approachable when I checked in. The staff are nice and friendly. I don’t Iike how  Dr. Dieter Eppel checked my kid. His bedside manner is bad. There’s no instruction when he do a procedure( e.g checking the ear and mouth). My kid likes going to the doctor but he got scared with this doctor. Instead of instructing the kid to open his mouth, he pinched the cheek and not saying any word to the kid. He is unfocused. He asked the same questions for at least 3 times. Definitely not recommending him.

I hesitated all week about going to my local indigo, but with everyone in the household sick, I knew I couldn’t put it off any longer. Taking two kids under three along made it even more daunting. Without an appointment, I opted for a walk-in and was the second person through the door. Surprisingly, I was seen within 5 to 7 minutes of opening. The staff was friendly, the place was spotless, and they were especially kind to my kids. Overall, it was a smooth and pleasant experience. I’d definitely recommend it and will likely be back sooner than later, given how toddlers tend to pick up every germ in sight. Stay well! And thanks again indigo star!! ⭐️

Easy check in, Quick wait, In N out Within an hour only because on I need blood work drawn. And my veins weren't given blood today. I just said no, but that's O k, usually it's less than 30 minutes in and out. Cut my paperwork supposed to go to a different clinic. So I can get scans done. And the one of the clinics that they recommended. I've already been to which is nice easy and convenient. And they told me that within 1 to 3 days. I should have results. Also I got a free bottle of water. Which was offered to me. While I was waiting to be seen in my room. Still wait easier than going to the e Still wait easier than going to the ER

My daughter sprained her ankle during practice and we needed an xray to rule out fracture. It was the end of day for this location but they were able to squeeze my daughter in. From the front desk, the intake nurse, the tech who escorted my daughter to xray, the ARNP and the med assistant who wrapped up the visit were amazing! Thank you for not making us feel rushed nor a burden. A wonderful all female staff. 👏

Don't know how to rate scheduling since I was a walk in. I get there are people ahead of Mr that scheduled an appointment. I checked at just over 3:15. I was told there was a 3 and a half hour rate. Better than waiting than myapoointment with my doctor that I couldn't see until May 9th. Anyway, I am used to first come first serve. People that scheduled a appointment after my check in time was put ahead of me. I went from 8th place to 11th place. Looking at their waiting in place app there were more than the original 8 on the list. So, it didn't make any sense to me. That said the people at the clinic were awesome. All were really nice and professional. They are an example for all clinics to follow. I would recommend them.
