I was pleased that I could get an appointment the same day. Staff were friendly and compassionate Given medication to help with my pain at my visit. I would have like to have more explanation of my medication and my diagnosis. I had a hard time finding the place. Had to ask couple of people where it was located. Booked online . I haven’t seen my bill yet, so don’t know the cost. Checkin was very easy. Only 1 sheet of paper, to fill out. Did not ask about present medication, allergies or history, which I was surprised about. Everyone was great. No complaints. Fast Trac actually has an only scheduling and paperwork system that works! So many other places I do everything online and then they ask me to fill out physical forms as well. WHY? At Fast Trac you will do all that stuff once, and never again unless something changes.
