The medical staff was very professional and provided exceptional care, make sure there was no infection and showing me how to provide treatment properly so it will heal. This appointment was not easy. There was construction going on just the other side of the wall of the examination room. I could not communicate without feeling like I needed to yell. I feel like my blood pressure was not taken appropriately, the device kept rebooting and squishing my arm. The reading was truly outrageous, I felt like it needed to be retaken. The tech did not do so. He said it was acceptable, but, I felt it was not. I would have felt better with another device that was more accurate. I was given what I had hoped for, some meds , but an unclear diagnosis. Still my neighborhood go-to.

My first experience here. Phlebotomist was running the whole show. She was friendly, professional and efficient. The only negative is that I was not able to find the cost for my blood draw anywhere online or posted within the clinic, so I was a bit shocked at the price.
