The whole check-in process was easy. The staff is knowledgeable and nice.

Made an appointment for noon. There was no one in the office except for the receptionist in the doctor. I was in and out before my appointment time.

The PA was kind and non alarming!  I didn’t feel that way with the previous visit 2 days before! She explained things carefully, so I understood what I was dealing with and prescribed the correct medication! The previous PA told me I would get a call with the results of my urine  test, but I never got that call and my antibiotics needed to be changed. I developed a fever and came in again! Not sure why I never got that call???

So amazing these caring souls that work here! I came in last minute with my daughter and in the kerfuffle of illness and getting her there on time we forgot her ID. The appointment I had originally was at 6:30 and they close at 7. We didn’t get back there with the ID until 6:50. The angel at the front desk called me to see if I was still coming! They helped us thoroughly, thoughtfully and with incredible kindness. Thank you immensely.

Have been having pain in my right side for a few days.  I was able to schedule an appointment within 15 minutes. I was seen within 5 minutes of arriving.  Got some antibiotics for a kidney infection and am feeling a little better today.  Would definitely recommend Carbon Health

This is my second time here and the staff is soo kind. The office is clean and beautiful and wait time was quick. My favorite part is the staff. They are very very kind and informative with what is going on. I'll forever be using this location

Got a call from dr to let me know my medication was ready very nice of her , and she double checked that was also very nice. I am going to get it now as a visitor out of town. I would go back there again.

This was a great place. Everyone was very nice and caring. We Loved that there was an X-ray tech and machine onsite. Is definitely recommend as well as go back if I ever need to.

Dr. Watkins  is wonderful she is a great doctor and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Check in was easy.

Unfortunately Dr Watkins was not able to get  in touch with me. I did not read the instructions well and did not click on the link 10 minutes before the designated time. Frankly I confess that I am not very technically savvy. I just figured that the Dr would call me. Thank you.

Went in for a throat problem. Dr. Bailey checked me out and gave me a good recommendation. Very friendly and totally would recommend this urgent care.

My last review was mistakenly submitted to AME Medical Group. In fact it was for a different Urgent Care in Cerritos on Bloomfield Ave. which is run by some Chinese people. I apologize for making a wrong submission. Indeed, my experience with AME Medical Group, Norwalk went very well. I am very pleased to meet Dr. Mishal, her humble and polite attitude, her professional knowledge and her dealing with the patients. I am also very pleased to meet the staff who was very professional and polite. Overall my experience with AME Medical Group turned out very good.

I had been sick for a week and was only getting worse. My bf found AME services and in no time I had an appointment the same day. I got seen right away and had a great experience overall. The staff and drs were nice and attentive. I would definitely recommend this provider to others and would use them myself again.

Slipped and fell in the shower.  I walked in to the clinic and was taken care of.  Very nice receptionist and doctor.

I was able to get a Telehealth appointment the same day from the awesome front desk scheduling ladies (thank you) and the doctor was able to update my my referrals right away. The front desk people immediately sent my referrals to be processed. I would recommend this office to anyone who wants high quality, immediate service!

After receiving my results, I called Quest Lab Testing and discussed the results with a consultation. This consultation filled in my knowledge gaps and made me more aware of my particular situation.

A great experience for something I had a lot of anxiety about. Had no wait time or issues at the testing center/lab. Had blood drawn at 3pm and had results by email at 9am the next morning.

I was very surprised with my experience here. My appointment was made very quickly. I was seen in a very short period of time. My test results came back in a very timely manner. I was able to speak with a doctor soon after and was taking care of. I was very satisfied with the experience I had here. I definitely recommend using them for any issues you have or any questions you may have.
