Everyone on the team was wonderful. I’d had an unhappy visit before, but this doctor — I can’t remember his name — was fantastic. He relieved the pain I came in with, and I truly appreciate his care.

The entire staff on Saturday evening was kind, caring and professional. The PA was patient and knowledgable. Thank you. I have recommended this office to friends. My eye feels great. Thank you!

The front office and screening staff were very friendly. They checked us in fast and were kind to my child who was the patient. The nurse or the doctor who saw us does not know how to accommodate to young kids (4yr). He was cold upon entering the room. He asked my kid questions as they are an adult and specifically asked if they had blurry vision, as we came in for an eye sty. My kid does not know what blurry is yet because my kid said this he told me to take my kid  to the ER. He never looked inside the eye and just touched outside, which didn’t hurt. We told the nurse what she’s been experiencing and I do not think that was heard. When  I said I wouldn’t take my kid to the ER for what looks to be an eye sty and I wanted to get drops prescribed, their attitude changed. Then they asked me to sit a waiver acknowledging that I’m making the decision to go against their recommendation and proceeded to read out the risks, which included death. He read of the risks and said death in front of my kid. My kid was scared and kept asking me afterwards if they were going to die.  It was a waste of my copay. I took my kid here because the pediatrician office was closed and the pediatric urgent care had a 2 hours wait.  This was a really bad experience. Again front office and the person who took my kids vitals were friendly and great, the nurse or doctor who saw us was horrible with kids.  Will not be coming back for my kids.

Scheduled on line and no information was in the system when we arrived. No awareness of appt/insurance or drivers license. Had to do it all over again. Waste of time frustrating. The young lady that was a certified medical assistant was wonderful. Very considerate of me being on crutches and minimized my walking. All staff was friendly and pleasant or wok with.

I was incredibly happy with the ability of booking a time online, the speed at which I was seen when I arrived (ahead of appointment time), and the friendliness/level of concern provided by the staff.

The PA was excellent and thorough. He was evidence based, professional and explained his thought process.

Thank you for agreeing to monitor my hand infection while its being drained till it heals. She did a wonderful job packing the incision for me. She knew exactly what to do. Thank you again. I will see you weekly until it is cleared and healed.
