Arrived and checked in at 11:01am for my appointment which was at 11:00am. Every single walk in on the virtual waiting list went in before me (5 parties). I sat in the waiting room until just before 1pm (maybe 12:55 or so- im not exactly sure— my other time stamps are by texts i sent to my boyfriend updating him). I was then immediately greeted by a friendly tech in the exam room who took my vitals and started the testing appropriate for my problem. Then I sat in the exam room with no updates from 1:03pm until 1:57pm when the doctor finally came in. I was out the door with all my paperwork at 2:06pm. Why offer appointments when I’m going to be stuck in the clinic for 3+ hours anyway? I may as well have gone to the ER.

I’ve been here 3 times this year for different issues. The doctor is thorough and explains everything well. She is a very caring person. I could go to a place that’s close to my house but I like Prima a lot more —I’ve seen the same doctor each time, they give you personal attention, and I’ve never had to wait more than about 10 minutes.

We feel very fortunate to have such a quality urgent care just around the corner. We have had to use their services at least 3 times in the past few years and are always impressed w the check in staff, the techs and the doctors and PNAs …. All so professional and attentive. A great backup in emergencies!!

I thought the doctor was good, I think she knows what she's doing and I've been to other clinics where the doctors don't know what they're doing, they don't care about their patients, that's my observation. Thanks to the doctor and other staff, thank you so much Blessings
