I needed a pre- employment TB Skin test. Scheduling was a breeze. Arrived checked in Receptionist was very kind , gave accurate instructions. The staff was outstanding!!! I would definitely reccommend and return if necessary. FOLLOW UP RESULTS WENT SMOOTHLY 👍😊

My daughter’s appointment was easy to schedule and went smoothly. My only issue is that the NP said she “would call either way” with the x-ray results after the radiologist review, but she never did.

All the girls were very nice and they helped me to get my kids treated.

I'm grateful we were able to get a appointment the same day. The wait was terrible as we had an appointment and waited over an hour for only a 10 minute visit. Pro the scheduling was great through the AI system. Con the wait was not helpful to have an appointment. We might as well have been a walk in. Recommendation don't offer appointments if your under staff and have patients wait an hour. That's already bad service.

Went to ER scheduled ER follow up that day was a heavy storm called to verify and even though I got the text message for the next day, they did not see me on the schedule and made me wait till the next available in an agonizing pain left several voicemails. You never got a callback from management as requested.

Make sure if your getting a sports physical bring prescription glasses. I came and paid cash for the exam and was told if I failed exam i don’t get a refund. The call the day before to confirm should have advised me to bring them. I was a bit upset about being set up for failure

Scheduling the appointment was easy. Wait time was not long. Staff was super friendly. Everyone was understanding and got meds ordered from the nearby pharmacy immediately. I have been to this location before and I always have a positive experience.

A great experience for something I had a lot of anxiety about. Had no wait time or issues at the testing center/lab. Had blood drawn at 3pm and had results by email at 9am the next morning.

Excellent customer service. Knowledgeably answered all questions. Appointment and billing were fast. Testing next day was on time and professional. Results available within 24 hours. Highly recommend.
