I went on Friday, October 19, 2021 to do the SARS-COV-2 PCR/SWAB (COVID-19) STANDARD test. I also brought my wife on September 16, 2021 because she had back, neck and shoulders pain due to a body massage she received on Central Park Avenue. The waiting time was short, the doctors were good, and the staff treated us well. I live in the Bronx, and I go there most of the times for urgent care service. Bravo to the Bloomfield office! The staff at this facility was spot for friendliness. Dr. Procaccini spent time to diagnosis my situation-He made me feel that I was his only patient. What a comfortable and confident feeling for a patient. A feeling all offices should exude. It is not only the physical that needs nurturing, but the mind and spirit-when one is ill. I had a concern so I called my insurance co. and I was covered for this facility. It has only been a few days so my issue has not been totally resolved. I was seen fairly quickly and Medical staff was pleasant but reception could be more professional and friendlier.
