Very short wait time very friendly and professional staff

My experience was fast, friendly and very attentive from staff! The provider was very informative of what he was doing. And also asked questions before he began.

I was very pleased with the care from Elizabeth. She was careful, thorough, gave me a prescription and follow-up information. I walked in, no wait time and was very pleased. I would use again if needed.

I made an appointment and was seen on time. The staff was friendly especially the person who tested me. This was my second time at Chai and both times were so easy’! I received my test results from the pace the very next day.

Everything about this place but mainly the staff is what makes this place great. I was taken aback at how great of service I received. The staff were friendly professional prompt and timely. If you could give them a raise or some type of merit bonus you should because this type of service in this neighborhood is very rare.

Everyone is helpful and friendly, especially Ms. Kimberly the manager is very responsive. I called to check my test results and she took my number and called me back with the answer. I appreciate all the effort she made and hope all the locations be like the Newark location. All the best 👍
