I was a walk in. The check in though was a hassle. You register on an epad and then you have to use your phone to finish the process. My phone was not compatible with their wifi, a process I really don't like since there's human being in front of me that could perfectly do it. Too much reliance on technology is off putting. An older person will find this very complicated and unnecessary.

Very easy to schedule a same day quick appointment. Staff was very friendly.

I didn't schedule. I walked in. Check in was easy, but would have rather check in on my phone. Staff was friendly and quick. Dr was nice. I had to leave urine sample. I wish there was a waste can in bathroom.

Thank you for agreeing to monitor my hand infection while its being drained till it heals. She did a wonderful job packing the incision for me. She knew exactly what to do. Thank you again. I will see you weekly until it is cleared and healed.
