I was very surprised with my experience here. My appointment was made very quickly. I was seen in a very short period of time. My test results came back in a very timely manner. I was able to speak with a doctor soon after and was taking care of. I was very satisfied with the experience I had here. I definitely recommend using them for any issues you have or any questions you may have.

A great experience for something I had a lot of anxiety about. Had no wait time or issues at the testing center/lab. Had blood drawn at 3pm and had results by email at 9am the next morning.

Recent Lab Tests Reviews (20)

It would have been helpful to know to either go inside to check in or call a number to check in. Maybe that could be put on the covid parking signs or visible online when making an appointment. But I had a good experience with getting my COVID test. The nurse was really nice & explained everything to me.

n regards to pre-admission testing, the hip & knee class and the pre-admission COVID test everything went very smooth and the staff in all areas are very friendly, understanding and helpful. The only hiccup was that my PRE-admission COVID test was scheduled for 7:35 am at the North Olmsted facility. I highly recommend this location as opposed to do-it-yourself drive thru methods however, the facility needs to be more welcoming at this time of the day. A handful of patients were waiting in our cars and the website and facility doors indicate they open at 8am. The building appears closed! One woman went up to the south doors and they were locked, but fortunately ascended the stairs to the west/ handicapped entrance and entered. The rest of us then followed. There needs to be a COVID TESTING BY APPOINTMENT sign illuminated or lighting in the lobby to indicate the facility is open for those with an appointment. Once inside, the staff was also friendly and professional. So far the experience has been very positive. I hope my surgery goes just as well!

COVID test

- Verified patient on 1/5

Excellent experience here. We were able to get a same-day appointment for a Covid test and we were thrilled with how smoothly things went. The nurse practitioner, Ken (who was seriously amazing!), was responsive to questions leading up to the appointment, and he came out to our car to administer the test. He was attentive, thorough, and answered all questions. He also happened to be the nicest guy ever! Couldn’t be happier with both Ken and Integrative Wellness Center. Turns out it’s a new operation, but you wouldn’t know it based on the level of care provided. It’s a little hard to find, but both Google Maps and Apple Maps took us to the right spot (the parking lot is off a back alley that runs parallel to Broad St.). If you need a Covid test, this is a great spot to get one! (And I’m sure they offer other services, as well.)

I’ve been seem at this Urgent Care, several time. However, it was much more cleaner than in the pass. The nurse more professional and kind. For example I came one time fir my throat and sinus. The nurse ask about me to be tested for the virus and I said no she got upset left the room and left my tube that placed on sink after getting tested for Threp-throat and another nurse can in with my paper work and pick it up. Another doctor act like she was scared to talk me. Nevertheless, the nurse was Jacob very polite and knew his job. The doctor I forgot her name she was on point Friday, the 30 of April ***. The best doctor I had since coming here. Very Patient, concerning and The doctor answered ever issue and pain The service was the best yet and I commend you all especially the Doctor. And Jacob not far behind. I truly appreciate your service.

I was given a choice of several testing sites none of which were within 25 miles where I live in Aurora Oh. I chose the Parma site. It took me 30 miles to the site and then of course 30 miles to return. Not good. While in the testing site all present had masks on including me, plus the large plastic screens in place at the desk. If more than 1 person spoke at a time it was impossible to understand what was said. The person who gave me the test was friendly but she was not at all gentle when administering the test. It felt like she was up into my brain. Is that really necessary? It was extremely upsetting and I became upset and crying. I have received 2 vaccines and I am well past the 2 weeks of acquired immunization status. Unless I am on my deathbed I will never get a co-vid test again. You may use and/or publish my feedback, but I doubt if you will publish it.

I arrived at 8:30am so I could get in line. When I went into hallway I read a sign that said go back to your car & fill out paperwork. I tried to retrieve paperwork but couldn’t find it. I then called the office #. A very rude women asked if I had a Dr’s referral. She then rudely transferred me to a main # which was no help. I went back into hallway & waited in a line. Then one person said to someone you have to take photo of a code to get you paperwork. I then tried to get photo which took several try’s. I returned to my car & filled it out. It was lengthy & took some time. Finally I submitted it & received a note saying their were 0 patients ahead of me. So I went back into hallway. I looked threw the window on door & saw a patient filling out paperwork on a clip board. So I went in. The window urgent care lady came to window & explained to me I needed to wait in my car fit a text. She said all the rooms were occupied. She was nice. So I did but was concerned because I was the 2nd car there at 8:30am & had all these other patients before me. At 10:30am I was text to come in & go to room 8. So I checked in at window again & was told someone would come out to get me. I then was called to enter the room. The nurse was nice in asking me questions & taking vitals. I asked if I was to receive the regular test & she said yes. She also explained the wait period for results. I was given the test with a protruding stick going into each nostril for 7 seconds in each nostril. She said it would tickle but it didn’t. It was only slightly uncomfortable. Dr Lana then came in. She asked me questions & had me try to smell a alcohol swab. She was very nice & concerned. I felt confident & comfortable with the Dr & nurse. The Dr explained the patient letter sheets the nurse had given me. She was very thorough. At 11am I was released & able to go home.

Covid 19 test

After I was ordered a covid test before leaving I made an appointment around 11am and the first available appointment was at 3:18pm. I had a lot of time to kill even after stopping at Walmart to get vitamins they told me to take. Then I stopped by the pharmacy to get my prescription. I still had 3hours before my appointment. Not knowing how long the line would be I left & arrived at the testing center at 2:50pm. They told me it was fine that I was early. Now I wish I would have went hours earlier. It's not fun sitting in the car for hours killing time when you feel horrible. If only there is a way to get an earlier appointment when you actually have symptoms so you don't have to wait so long. Or a number to call to ask someone if they can see you sooner.

Misdiagnosed. Brought my daughter in with fever, headache, swollen lymph nodes, sore neck& head congestion. Doctor immediately said not sinus congestion & gave her strep test & flu test- both negative and doctor said she thinks it mono & ordered a mono test. I told doctor I THOUGHT it might even be due to a possible tick bite since she went hiking in woods, but as of yet we hadn’t noticed rash yet as of this morning. She had exact same reaction when she was 7 when she had a tick bite. Doctor blew me off & just ordered mono test & said to go next week. Within 1 hr of being home we noticed a live tick attached to her neck. I removed the tick. Washed site with alcohol & drew around the red rash to see if it continues to grow. I plan to call in morning to request the needed antibiotics since we already paid our $55 co-pay. I SHOULDNT have to pay again.

I had an appt at 10:52 upon arrival I called the designated phone number for Covid testing, was told I needed to go down the street to urgent care because the time I had they don’t schedule like that. I had a confirmation email from compu net at the place I arrived at I Beavercreek. I went to the urgent care place and was told they would have to charge me if I wanted to go there and do not schedule. I went back to Compu Net and called designated number and she again said I wasn’t scheduled. I read her my confirmation and she stated she had my order from the doctor but no appt. after a few chats back and forth, she would squeeze me in. I did get tested. But obviously something is wrong with the systems or employees are overwhelmed. The employee giving the test was very nice and we spoke of the issue. Not blaming her. If it is a system problem it must be fixed.

Not sure previously great but still waiting for rapid response covid test result

- Verified patient on 1/5

I asked for A stat results for Covid and rapid test but they did PCR. Now I have to wait for my results 3-5 days

- Verified patient on 1/13

This happens frequently-at least two previous visits. This time, in order to keep it from happening again, I came in and asked what was on order. She said PSA. That’s incorrect. I needed a Lipid panel for cardiologist. Apparently, urologist needed a PSA, too, and I didn’t know about that. She denied there was a lipid panel test. So she checked MORE CLOSELY and found the lipid panel. It looked like it was on a different line or a lower section of the order screen. Therefore, your IT department needs to get involved so it’s ALL on one screen and you don’t have to scroll to find it. Must keep things simple! So I got what I needed (YAY!) and didn’t have to return later after the doctors office tells me they never got the results. Then I have to return and do it all over again, which is inconvenient and frustrating. Plus, I think they get thrown off because I frequently order my own labs as I am monitoring my Lymphocytes. That number keeps rising for unknown reasons. I LOVE that I can order my own labs. You ought to consider expanding the list of available tests. Thanks for this opportunity to help you be more efficient.

super quick and easy for the covid testing!

- Verified patient on 1/22

I booked my appointment online. I was in the waiting room 3 minutes. The nurse was with me for about 10 to 15 minutes getting my extensive health history, was attentive and asked intelligent questions to spur anything I might have forgotten into memory. The doctor recognized me from prior visits with my children, did a necessary lab test, and we discussed if the results point one direction care will go this way; if the lab results go this direction these type of medications will be required and what my concerns were about the medications so I would receive what worked for me. The entire process with the doctor took less than 10 minutes and I was free to go. I received a call about 30 minutes later with the results and the medications were sent to my pharmacy, all of which were in formulary with my insurance. I definitely would recommend this place for urgent care needs. Everyone was so nice, professional, and fast. Now I can recover at home comfortably with chicken noodle soup and warm blankets.

Bexley Lab Tests

Lab tests take samples of your blood, urine, saliva, and other bodily secretions, which are then analyzed in a lab to help doctors diagnose and treat certain illnesses. Lab tests can be used to diagnose an illness, detect changes in an existing condition, and monitor how your body responds to a therapy, among other things. They can also be used to monitor the progression of a disease or a set of diseases.

If your doctor is unable to make a definitive diagnosis of your disease, or if you are having a variety of symptoms that could indicate a variety of disorders, he or she may request a lab test. Some lab tests require no preparation at all, while others may require you to fast for eight to twelve hours before the test in order to avoid erroneous results from certain meals and beverages. Your healthcare provider may advise you to cease smoking, exercising, and taking certain medications and nutritional supplements for many hours or days before your blood test.

Before your lab test, ask your doctor for precise instructions to follow to minimize erroneous results and multiple trips to the lab for additional testing. A lab worker may use a needle to draw blood from your arm or prick your finger to collect a small sample of blood during a blood test. During a urine test, your physician will ask you to go to the restroom and urinate in a sterile cup, then set your sample on a shelf where a lab technician can pick it up and process it. The personnel at the lab testing facility will demonstrate how to do each type of test.
