Never happened They called me @8.30 and cancel , the person didn't show up to work

No onsite physician at the time waited for a teledoc visit at the office for over an hour wait and decided to leave without being seen

Everyone is friendly and helpful, from the receptionist to the nurses to the provider. Attentive doctors that listen to concerns and provide detailed and helpful information. They take both physical and mental health into consideration.

I was looking for a Covid test and this place has it their staff was so nice and friendly

Lots of locations. I’m glad I was willing to travel 30 minutes because I really wanted to see a Doctor today.  Many locations I was not aware of..   East Patchogue wait wasn’t long and Doctor was very nice.

The office staff were friendly and professional. The office is in a great location with easy access, and the environment was very clean. They accepted my insurance without any issues. The doctor was kind, patient, and took the time to answer all my questions. Overall, I had a very positive experience and would highly recommend this office. Unfortunately, the app does not allow patients to send messages directly to the doctor.

I am so very pleased with the level of care from reception, incoming nurse, nurse practitioner and x-ray tech. They were all kind and understanding to a very sick senior citizen. I am blessed to have such high quality Urgent Care in Smithtown. Thank you all.

Blood and urine were collected, test results came back quickly within 2 days because I did my test on a Friday. Quick, easy and cheap. Didn't have to wait for a visit to my PCP, and then get referral to lab.
