Scheduling was easy, I did it the night before. When I arrived, I was 2nd in line according to their link, and there didn’t seem to be many people there. Still, it took over an hour to be taken back and nearly 2 hours when all was said and done. This is my Urgent Care clinic of choice, but I’ve never seen this doctor before and it’s never taken this long in the past. Still, I would continue to use this clinic. Staff were friendly and my prescription was sent to my pharmacy promptly.

The only appointment time was later in the evening than what we usually schedule but it went by very quickly, With overall wait time and testing time. Everyone was so nice, helpful and welcoming.

The Dr had excellent bedside manners & was very kind to my child as was the nurse taking vitals. Its refreshing seeing a Dr that listens & ask questions.

Had pain in my left foot after a fall. Broke it. Very nice nurse, doctor and xray tech.. bathroom needed attention. No paper towels or hand sanitizer. Needed hand sanitizer and kleenex in waiting room. This will be my go-to non-ER facility. Lots better than Texas Med clinic.

I would 100% recommend this company to anyone wanting to check their health status. The process was incredibly easy and done through certified labs. The results are frequently back by the next day.

A great experience for something I had a lot of anxiety about. Had no wait time or issues at the testing center/lab. Had blood drawn at 3pm and had results by email at 9am the next morning.
