I had an issue that needed to be addressed quickly. I was very happy to get an appt right away when they opened. Staff was professional and very nice. Clean, quiet environment.

Requested support for two issues, and they heard and documented it.  I told the front desk and the check-in nurse about the two issues, but the doctor only addressed one issue.   The time they allotted for support was very short for an 8 Am check-in.  I assume 30 min but doctor time was around 10 min or less I’m going on an international trip in 7 days and wanted to ensure my primary illness was addressed.  I asked questions, and the doctor said, “You have three minutes.”   I didn't get all my questions addressed and had to ask the nurse, who felt it was important and asked.   I don't know why they ignored my other issue when I addressed it twice to two staff.  I will still go back and use their services.

I was able to get in right away, zero wait time. It was incredible! And I’m so thankful I did, turned out to be very serious, including a hospitalization. So happy I didn’t have to wait anywhere else. Definitely returning only here in the future.

The scheduling was easy. The lady in front desk was nice and approachable when I checked in. The staff are nice and friendly. I don’t Iike how  Dr. Dieter Eppel checked my kid. His bedside manner is bad. There’s no instruction when he do a procedure( e.g checking the ear and mouth). My kid likes going to the doctor but he got scared with this doctor. Instead of instructing the kid to open his mouth, he pinched the cheek and not saying any word to the kid. He is unfocused. He asked the same questions for at least 3 times. Definitely not recommending him.

Very highly recommended. Walked in with no appointment and was told they had no openings until the afternoon, but I was welcome to wait. They scheduled an appointment online for me, for later that day. When I arrived at my appointment time, I was seen instantly. Dr Wendy and her staff were professional,  friendly, organized and caring. I was in and out quickly with a diagnosis and a prescription on its way to my drugstore. The entire suite was clean and disinfected, too. I highly recommend this facility, but be sure to make an appointment online before you go!

I hesitated all week about going to my local indigo, but with everyone in the household sick, I knew I couldn’t put it off any longer. Taking two kids under three along made it even more daunting. Without an appointment, I opted for a walk-in and was the second person through the door. Surprisingly, I was seen within 5 to 7 minutes of opening. The staff was friendly, the place was spotless, and they were especially kind to my kids. Overall, it was a smooth and pleasant experience. I’d definitely recommend it and will likely be back sooner than later, given how toddlers tend to pick up every germ in sight. Stay well! And thanks again indigo star!! ⭐️
