Book an STD Test in Greenlawn, NY

There was no wait, but I had to use an app to check in, which took about 10 minutes.  So, why are there employees at the front desk, if I’m doing their job for them?  I could see the benefit of this if there were 5 people waiting to check in… but they couldn’t do my intake when I was literally the only person in the waiting room? I was pulled into the room pretty quickly, but then waiting in the exam room for about 1/2 hour.  The doctor was friendly and listened to my list of symptoms and then examined me.   Besides the check in process and wait to be seen by the doctor , everything was positive.

They were perfect, attentive and aligned with all of my needs! Much suggested!

Dr spent time listening to everything going on and ordering hopefully the right drugs to help me get better

Was seen to evaluate possible bladder infection. Medical assistant and senior provider were both kind and knowledgeable. Left with confidence that Visit was successful and was reassured that proper care was provided.

I had a wonderful experience. It’s not my first time being there the ladies are welcoming, as well fast pace, wonderful staff.

I got 7 emails and texts confirming my appt The unnecessary application is endless. I have been here at least one dozen times and still must present my health ins cards. And i have medicare and emblem. An enormous bill appeared next after the appt!!!!!!!! WHY????? The phone call is long and takes many turns to get through to a person.  Left a message and called three hours later, as no one called me back Lovely PA but computer issues are ancient

I came in one day without an appoint and waited two hours as a walk-in before I had to leave without being tested. I made an appointment through Labcorp for the next day, showed up on time, got tested easily and was on my way in 15-20 minutes. Staff is friendly and helpful.
