First would like to say like to everyone working the day I came in. Had a bad fall and had to have stitches removed. Place was very nice and clean got an appointment right when I needed it. The receptionist was kind and helpful. The doctor and the pa on site were very friendly, kind and considerate of all my needs. I also had to have X-rays done to check something I didn’t feel when I fell a week before. With no problem they were also done and thankfully all was ok. I was the only person in there. Took awhile between filing out forms and checking my insurance. Understandable but still annoying. Nurse and doctor both seemed annoyed that a patient showed up. Doctor said she’d call me within an hour with my results and never did. Whole experience just felt very unprofessional. It’s a day later and still haven’t heard from them.
