It was a strange visit. The PA at times didn't think i had a sinus infection. At times she didn't know or think it was bacterial or a virus. She wasn't sure what to prescribe. She changed the prescription she was calling in, because I knew it wouldn't work. She called in a different script then told me to wait to see my acupuncturist or chiro. She told me to go to my ENT and get a protocol. An ENT isn't going to see me for one infection in one year. She had good bed side manner. She seemed very scared to prescribe with me being on my new med. I think this clinic needs over sight from an MD.

A great experience for something I had a lot of anxiety about. Had no wait time or issues at the testing center/lab. Had blood drawn at 3pm and had results by email at 9am the next morning.

I was able to speak with a doctor soon after and was taking care of. I was very satisfied with the experience I had here. My husband took our son for a drive up strep swab. He’s 9 and hasn’t had one in years. He initially freaked out. My husband said the staff were so patient and kind. Gave him 5 minutes and came back and tried again and was successful. Thank you!
