          Institution states they will not take an insurance payment for any type of "physical exam" even if your insurance will pay for it they force you to pay out of pocket. Let you schedule the appointment just to inform you once you've arrived for your appointment and not before hand. This procedure needs to be evaluated and changed. I would recommend so far for any other service.

          Service was excellent. The staff was friendly and professional. The doctor was also very friendly and professional.  Explained everything along the way and concerned for my care even though my issue was not a big thing.           I feel robbed, I called twice before going and explained what I had and needed, and asked if they could attend me because I didn't want to pay 200 dollars and be told to go to urgent care. When I arrived at the place, I went back and asked, and they said they could see me. I paid, and when the doctor saw me, they told me to go to urgent care. I asked if they could refund my money because they didn't just tell me to go to emergency; they didn't return anything, not even part of the money. This is an outright scam, and they should be ashamed of providing such a service.

          When an office opens at 9am and you are asked to arrive 15 minutes prior to your visit and the office staff has you waiting outside in the cold I wonder why did I arrive on time?   The staff was watching  myself and another patient standing in the cold outside until that  9 AM time arrived !  Maybe they should consider the sick patients outside in the cold !!!
