Dr Shannon Long is super and you couldn't do better. The nurse was friendly enough but I had very little interaction with her. However, they have Godzilla at the reception area so be prepared. I understand the times we are in with the virus, but there is NO need to be rude and disrespectful !! I am 66 years old and am not used to being barked at in a paying doctors office, I nearly walked out. There are far too many of these type places on almost every corner so she needs to check herself. I did report her to the headquarters in Texas.

I have used MEDcare/Health First three times in the past two years (twice for Covid testing) and found them to be professional, efficient, and caring. Very good service.
