Let you schedule the appointment just to inform you once you've arrived for your appointment and not before hand. This procedure needs to be evaluated and changed. Waited 2 hours even with a time reserved. Then was diagnosed with Strep after a not-very definitive test. Was given antibiotics and went home. It is now 4 days later and my symptoms (cough, wheezing, swollen glands, sore throat, fatigue) have all gotten worse. I will not go back to WestMed to wait another 2 hours. I will just stay home and keep missing work (as I have done for 3 days) since whatever this is doesn’t seem to be getting worse…just not going away.2
