Specifically, the clear and unambiguous nature of the initial vitals and assessments, with details and explanations for the plan of care, via labs and testing, following by, shared diagnostic information, with an appreciated dialogue and an inclusive approach of treatment, ensuring understanding and supportiveness!  I cannot recommend Huntsville Hospital Urgent Care, and the team of phenomenal support staff and medical providers, enough! I thought it was extremely easy to book a lab test appointment with Labcorp. Getting the test done was simple and so was the getting the results! Great job putting together something so user friendly.

Had been feeling ill for a couple of days naturally my wife had to force me to go to the med plus, needless to say they were all standing room only so I just went back home and got back in the bed. Wife woke me up a little later and said get your tail back there before they close, so I went. I was one of two people took less than 10 minutes to sign in and was back seeing the nurse who was also the receptionist. She was very cordial and the doctor was amazing, very calming, caring and all had great bedside manners. Should let him be my primary doctor for sure.
