Couldn't find how to schedule quickly online, saw no one was waiting so just went I . 3 people ahead of me. But felt over 2 hours was a little bit long. Been to Milford location 2 times and was in and out in less than an hour

Woke up this morning with a sore throat and was able to get seen quickly and meds prescribed.

Daughter woke up with a rash, couldn’t get into her primary . Booked an appointment early in the morning and got in at 9:30 with Marcy. She’s always great!!!

Both the front and back staff were friendly, and helpful. Both the waiting room and patient’s rooms were clean and inviting.  Dr. Shuker has an excellent bedside manner, he’s very knowledgeable and conducted a thorough exam. I came in one day without an appoint and waited two hours as a walk-in before I had to leave without being tested. I made an appointment through Quest Lab Testing for the next day, showed up on time, got tested easily and was on my way in 15-20 minutes. Staff is friendly and helpful.

I was able to choose a Quest lab location and schedule an appointment. Check in was easy, and I only needed to provide my name and DOB. They were able to locate my order in their system. They were already aware that my labs were paid for prior to the appointment. I had my labs done on a Wednesday, and I received my results by Saturday. Great experience.

After receiving my results, I called Quest Lab Testing and discussed the results with a consultation. This consultation filled in my knowledge gaps and made me more aware of my particular situation.
