Everything was good to check in person. She was awesome. The nurse was awesome and the doctor. I absolutely love.

Scheduling and check-in was super easy as I did it from the Solv app.  The staff was patient and sweet to my 2 toddlers who were both sick and rambunctious. The provider answered all my questions and even gave me tips on things to and not to feed them during their sickness to help with their congestion and diarrhea.

Shayla was very nice and attentive. Felt comfortable and special from opening the door and coming in. Doctor Jason very helpful and.caring and the nurse had great attitude and very professional.

The scheduling was easy. The diagnosis by Dr. Uzonna felt rushed and we felt like she ignored/missed the signs of an infection that only got worse overnight. We had to come back the next morning and see a different doctor who diagnosed the infection and prescribed antibiotics.

I usually have a real positive experience at your facility. But this time it was not as much so. I still left with pain and nothing really to help. The only positive thing was he told me what the problem was. I do have an appointment with my orthopedic doctor tomorrow. I do appreciate having the insight as to what the problem was.

I was able to book our appointment online, complete all the necessary paperwork digitally and when we arrived we waited for less than 2 minutes before we were called back.
