Every single staff member is so kind. I LOVE this place. I love it so much I drive 30mins out of my way to come here instead of the ones near my house. Hurt my finger and needed stitches. Everyone was super friendly and help full. The doctor is an angel, she's very nice and explain everything clearly. Hope I didn't ever get injured again but if I do I know where I'm gonna go to take care of it. 10/10

The staff was amazing all the way around! Had issues with my insurance and the front desk lady called and got it squared up for me. Both of the people working on my thumb stitches were fantastic and made me feel right at home🤍.

My PCP wasn't able to get me in quickly enough so I made a same day appt with CityDoc with just a few hours notice. I was seen within 5 minutes of arriving and was on my way about 10-15 minutes after my appointment started. Great experience and glad they could help.

Was able to book appointment the same morning. Staff is always friendly and the facility is nice and clean. After explaining my symptoms they ran the appropriate test and confirmed my suspicion of what I had. They got my prescription called in right away. This is a great place! Highly recommend

I was able to get in quickly within 30 minutes. The entire staff is so professional from checking in to going over issues and seeing the nurse. I am feeling 100% better after not feeling good for a few weeks.

Very happy with this establishment. 5 stars for everyone and everything.  Except scheduling.  Why should I have to go through so many screens to set an appointment when I’m a returning patient?
