Super nice and convenient doctors office to go to.  Staff has always been very nice and helpful in all my needs.  Not waiting weeks to get in to the doctor is a huge plus.  Would highly recommend.

Very happy with this establishment. 5 stars for everyone and everything.  Except scheduling.  Why should I have to go through so many screens to set an appointment when I’m a returning patient?

Amazing and thorough service from nurse practitioner. She went above and beyond to assess my continuous congestion and cough and suggested I see an ENT. I’ve just scheduled that appointment.

Most of the staff was at lunch when I was there so the lady who handles the front office also did my test. She was fabulous from the start by keeping me informed about the timeline and conducting the test. The Dr/PA was ok.

Never told during the scheduling process that there was not an x ray tech on duty that evening. I want informed until after I drove there after work. So I had to go across town, during rush hour, to get the x ray. Everything else was 5 stars!!

My daughter had a accident at school while at recess she tripped and hurt her arm. She was well  taken care and gave us great advice for her care. Friendly staff definitely recommend them.

NP Silvy was great, very attentive and caring. Definitely will be returning to Little spurs for future needs.

My PCP wasn't able to get me in quickly enough so I made a same day appt with CityDoc with just a few hours notice. I was seen within 5 minutes of arriving and was on my way about 10-15 minutes after my appointment started. Great experience and glad they could help.

Everything was good. Scheduling was good, staff was excellent.

I had an appointment but still didn’t get seen for another 45 minutes. After going back it was another 45 minutes before seeing a doctor. And all they did was test me for strep, tell me I was negative and give me steroids. How does that take that long? I could hear them talking and hanging out while I was waiting in the room.

Best place to go in Keller, Texas for medical services! staff is fantastic and the doctors too! I’ll be going to them from now on
