I was pleased that I could get an appointment the same day. Staff were friendly and compassionate Given medication to help with my pain at my visit. I would have like to have more explanation of my medication and my diagnosis. I had a hard time finding the place. Had to ask couple of people where it was located. Booked online . I haven’t seen my bill yet, so don’t know the cost. Checkin was very easy. Only 1 sheet of paper, to fill out. Did not ask about present medication, allergies or history, which I was surprised about. For a first time visit, I was very impressed. From the phone call the day prior, making the appointment was swift. Excellent attendance in the front. Very polite staff from the waiting area to the exam room… Excellent bed side manners of the Pediatrician, and medical assistant. My daughter felt at ease.. I’m certain we will be back if the need arises.

I was given a copay that based on my insurance, that amount given to me by the receptionist does not even exist...not to mention, my wife visited there just a few days ago (same insurance) and she paid a different amount for her copay, where it should have been the same copay amount. I also used their system to upload certain documents/insurance card and I was told at the front desk that they need to see them again as they were never entered in the system... Check-in experience was poor. However, once I was checked in, the person that took my vital signs was good, aside from where I asked two questions and at the end of his response was .... "I guess" instead of going to the doctor and ask. I ended up suggestion to please go ask the doctor since he seemed unsured. The doctor who took care of me was great, very knowledgeable and wrote down everything she told me verbally. FYI: My wait time was just a few minutes as I did go late at night but as mentioned above, the check-in process was ....challenging..

I had a 5:15 appointment and when I checked in I was not told that the office was 90 minutes behind. I waited till 6pm and when asked I was told I was next. The next person taken was a walk in that arrived after me. I then waited until 6:50 to be taken back. Didn't leave until 7 pm. A two hour appointment with reservations is unacceptable especially since I was not told. My app was a follow up and I would have rescheduled given the information of the long wait. Better communication would be appreciated

I needed to be seen late in the evening and was able to get an appointment almost immediately. There was little wait time, staff was verry pleasant and efficient and I saw the doctor right away. It was an excellent experience and I would use this urgent care again-highly recommended!

I accidentally sliced off the side of finger and they helped staunch the bleeding and reassured me that no further care was needed. Much better then going to the emergency room. Great and friendly care.

My first time at PM Pediatrics. Even though t walkin wait was about 1 and half hours, the staff was very accommodating and notify me when my turn is near. Nurse ( Michelle, I think) was super nice to my 8 year old to make him feel as comfortable as possible. Dr on duty was very nice and efficient too. Definitely will recommend.
