The nurse was friendly but not at all gentle in swabbing my nose for the pcr test. I let her know how much she was hurting me and I know it could have been done to the same effect a lot more gently. She also told me it would take 2-3 days to get pcr results. I was led to believe otherwise from your web site and the doctor who was very friendly came in after and said we should have it probably 24 hours.

I accidentally sliced off the side of finger and they helped staunch the bleeding and reassured me that no further care was needed. Much better then going to the emergency room. Great and friendly care.

I needed to be seen late in the evening and was able to get an appointment almost immediately. There was little wait time, staff was verry pleasant and efficient and I saw the doctor right away. It was an excellent experience and I would use this urgent care again-highly recommended!

My doctor couldn’t see me for my back pain. I went to docs in . They did a wonderful job . I don’t take pain medicine at all .  She prescribed prednisone so I could get relief Also recommend next step to help me in the future . Today I am at my doctors office  following up . Dr. “ Jersey Girl” Pagano was OUTSTANDING 😎. Suggestion - check your computer appointment confirmation notice. Had a 1:30 PM appointment via your computer system and arrived early to find that the office was closed for lunch and will reopen at 2:00 PM. You have a pen pail marked “ DIRTY”. Would it be better to use the word “USED”? Linda Yaeger

I care was excellent, explained well .

I had respiratory issues for longer than a week and come in to get checked out bc my pcp wait time was a bit long.  Scheduling was simple online along with uploading my documents.  When I arrived Maria took my vitals promptly.  My NP Catherine helped diagnose my issue exceptionally.  She listened to all my questions and answered them with care.  Maria took care of my nebulizer treatment and I was out with the scripts I needed.  Great experience.

I was in and out in no time. It’s a fairly new facility. The family nurse practitioner, Emelda, was wonderful. Great bedside manner. Offered options for treatment that she explained very well as to the pros and cons of each. If you live or work in the neighborhood, this is the place to go.

So impressed with the office staff and the doctor. What wonderful bedside manner. We will be returning for sure.
