This is my favorite urgent care and my absolute go to place to get care!! The entire staff including the nurses, receptionists, and front desk workers are beyond friendly, nice, and caring. They work thoroughly and explain very well. I am a young adult and find each movie themed room to be very cute and rather comforting. Can only imagine that kids love this place! And they have a tv on and each room for kids to watch while they wait for the doctor ( not that the wait time is long once you’ve gotten brought back by a nurse). Also with covid and the new variant, I will admit it’s a bit hectic/ busy, but that is as expected. And I’ve still been able to make an appointment online and get seen right on time and left within an hour, which is exceptional! Anywhere else I’d go, I’d be waiting hours upon hours and booking online makes it quick, easy, efficient. PM pediatrics allows me to feel at ease and very safe in their care. I highly highly recommend PM pediatrics. Also a bonus is that they take patients up until they turn 27, which is great! Although, I wish they could take me longer because I love it there!! I’ve been to this urgent care about 4 times since September of this year (it’s now December), being that I work at a daycare and germs & exposure get around pretty quickly. Also seemingly very cleanly, even with it being busier with covid. Also my doctors have let me stay until I felt safe enough to go home and talked me through my concerns and at home care plan & if anything were to go wrong or I continue to not feel well. Very accommodating, friendly, easy booking appointment on line no long wait

We had to go back for a follow up for my daughter on Easter Day, From the check in lady at front desk, to the floor manager and the dr on call, all were superb. Very friendly, professional and actually took time to listen and speak with us did not feel rushed, would def go back if / when needed

We love every part of PM Pediatrics. Love the Doctors, quick access to X-rays and of course the interaction with the kids. PM pediatrics offers world class care without the wait or hassle of an emergency room. Kids are the priority. My only complaint is the check in. Computer systems will create multiple profiles for your kids. Very frustrating when billing gets crossed, children get confused and you have start fresh each visit.
