Except for the FREEZING 🥶 TEMPERATURE of the entire place, the people & provider were great. The wait was pretty long too… but I understand there was only one provider that day even though there was only 2 people before me.

As always staff kind and professional. Scheduling went smoothly - no problem. Check in was fine. Front staff were professional and smiled when I approached.  Care was like it’s always been - never had a problem. Doctor was not in the office but I spoke with her through the computer on line. Weather was snowy so I was grateful for seeing/hearing her on line.

Will not write about my experience other than the fact that the receptionist  young lady that checked me in and took my vitals was excellent. Do not want to share what followed.

Staff is courteous and caring.

There was no wait, but I had to use an app to check in, which took about 10 minutes.  So, why are there employees at the front desk, if I’m doing their job for them?  I could see the benefit of this if there were 5 people waiting to check in… but they couldn’t do my intake when I was literally the only person in the waiting room? I was pulled into the room pretty quickly, but then waiting in the exam room for about 1/2 hour.  The doctor was friendly and listened to my list of symptoms and then examined me.   Besides the check in process and wait to be seen by the doctor , everything was positive.

Great service from staff to physician. It's why I keep coming back!!! Good Work People!!!

Walked in after work and I didn't have to wait long at all.

Had a hard time making an appointment… most likely a result of high volume illness and New Years Eve/Day. Check in  easy Staff friendly, helpful

Nurse Practitioner and her assistant were courteous and paid attention to my symptoms. I have been at the New Rochelle urgent care before and satisfied enough for a return visit.

Dr various was fantastic. Patient answering my questions and made sure I was able to navigate with crutches.

Had stubbed toe. Max the radiologist was friendly and informative and the doctor was terrific!

The staff here are amazing! They even fix my mistakes when I give the pharmacy the wrong information. Quality customer service!

This is my first visit to this excellent health care facility. Dr. Safran was amazing-caring, knowledgeable and was really concerned about how I was feeling! He puts the patient at ease with his calm manner. His assistant was also most caring and the office staff is so helpful too. I recommend this health care facility with more than 5 stars if I could!

Everyone I encountered was very pleasant and helpful.  It was easy to make the appointment and there was barely a wait.

I needed a paper that said I had covid for work and I got it in less than 10 minutes. The doctors were great.
